F.S.O.G.B.

You can see it as the information centre. If you send an e-mail to fsogb.fgb@vu.nl you will either get a direct response, a forward with cc or a response from a different e-mailadres through which future (private) correspondence can go.

Because there is power in organization. There are so many different 'islands' of students and initiatives that we made this meeting of all the student-bodies to coordinate efforts and have a sensible place to bring it all together. There are so many sites and groups that from a studentperspective (who is new) it can be very confusing.

THIS NEEDS WORK AND LOGIC!!

FSR, SA, OLC, SAss

• It oversees the selection procedure of the student members of the OLC. This faculty wide approach allows interviewees to be interviewed by (previous) OLC-studentmembers from different OLC's. Now the whole process is managed by and for students.

• The F.S.O.G.B. has 'general' meetings during which potentially faculty wide concerns are discussed

  • Wellicht een idee aankomend jaar alleen een startende en afsluitdende algemene meeting te hebben en de andere meetings via discord/slack te doen -> hoef je niet onnodig lang te wachten op antwoorden, kunnen urgente vragen gedeeld worden. Kan alsnog in (een pauze) samengekomen worden als men iets wil bespreken. Nieuws dingen/mededelingen kunnen ook gewoon op een prikbord.

    • Hiermee zorg je er voor dat mensen die traditioneel afwezig zijn wellicht toch deelnemen. En een eerste meeting om elkaar te ontmoeten is altijd leuk en verbindend.

    • En het scheelt werk en schema gezeik (afreizen als je anders niet VU bent).

• The F.S.O.G.B. has 'specific' meetings during which a broad range of topics are discussed that are directly related to the education process of HMS or PP.
